Social Event : Video Submission Guidelines 

Recording Instructions:

  • Ensure that you capture video footage of your social events.

  • Obtain prior approvals, if necessary, for recording videos in public places.

Video Storytelling:

  • Aim to create a compelling story from your submissions to convey the essence of your initiative.

  • The purpose of these recordings is to promote social awareness and inspire broader participation in such initiatives.

Video Format:

  • Record videos in portrait mode, similar to Insta Reels or YouTube Shorts.

​

Template/Structure:

  • You have creative freedom in structuring your video content.

​

Submission Process:

  • Collaborate with our Instagram page at @global_engineers_connect 

  • Email a copy of your video to info@globalengineersconnect.com.

  • Include a brief description of your work.

  • Don't forget to tag your teammates. If you or your team members don't have an Instagram account, simply send the video through email.

​

Audio Options:

  • You can use your own voice to narrate the story for authenticity.

  • If you prefer not to use your voice, you can use suitable audio available on Instagram. 

 

Hashtags:

  • For Insta Reels, use the following hashtags: #globalengineersconnect #GECMentorshipprogram #socialresponsibility

 

Description:

  • Customize the video description as you see fit.

  • Later, mention, "This is a social event as part of GEC mentorship program in collaboration with Polygnan Foundation."
